Jobs like these come in every day

How it works

  1. Set up your profile.Pick your trades and the barangays you’ll travel to, then submit one verification document — a barangay clearance, government ID, TESDA certificate or PRC licence, whichever you have.
  2. Get notified the moment a job matches.A push alert as soon as a customer in your area posts one of your trades.
  3. Open it to see the full job.Full description, photos and an approximate distance — before you commit to anything.
  4. Send a quote.A fixed price, a range, an hourly rate, or say you need to inspect it first.
  5. Answer questions, get chosen.Message the customer from the app. Contact details stay private until they pick you — then their exact address and number are yours.
  6. Get reviewed, build your record.Add the finished job to your public past work, with photos the customer confirms are really theirs, and collect a rating you can reply to.

What’s in the app

Leads matched to you
Only jobs in the trades and barangays you’ve chosen — not a citywide flood you have to filter yourself.
A verified badge customers can see
One approved document is all it takes to start quoting, and it shows on every quote you send.
A portfolio that’s actually yours
Past work only comes from jobs you completed through NongBoy, confirmed by the customer — not photos anyone could claim.
No penalty for saying no
Too far, too busy, not your thing — decline a lead for free. It never counts against you.
Push and text alerts
Know the moment you’re chosen or a customer replies. Text alerts are yours to switch off if you’d rather rely on push alone.
No commission, ever
What you quote is what you keep. NongBoy introduces you to the customer; the work and the payment are between the two of you.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for now. NongBoy is a lead-generation service, so the plan is eventually to charge for opening a lead — but while we’re launching in Bacolod, every lead is free to open and quote. If that changes, you’ll see the price before anything is charged and can always decline.

What do I need to sign up?

A Philippine mobile number or a Google account, and one document to get verified — a barangay clearance and government ID are usually the fastest to get approved. Work that legally needs a licence, like pipe installation or panel rewiring, needs a PRC licence specifically.

Which areas can I work in?

Bacolod City only for now. You choose which of its barangays you actually want to travel to — leads only come from those.

Do I need a business, or can I work alone?

Either. Sole traders and small shops both sign up the same way; a business name is optional and only shows if you add one.
